How do I schedule a grass cutting service?

Easy, click on the below link, complete the form and upload images of the areas you wish to be cut, you will shortly after receive a text message, enabling you book a slot from the live diary system.

Do I need to be home during the grass cutting service?

Not at all, as long as our mowerista has access to the areas that require cutting, we will complete the work and ensure your property is left the same way it was upon arrival.

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Yes, there is! If in the highly unlikely event we cannot attend the booked slot – A full refund will be processed on the day and next available slot will be made available.

Do you offer additional lawn care services, such as weed control or fertilisation?

Yes we do, once your account is set up and the first mow has been completed you will have access to book garden treatments bespoke to the size and condition of your grass.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit / credit cards and paypal.

What happens if it rains on the scheduled day?

We would always attempt to cut your grass on the scheduled day. TFAM carry the most suitable equipment to cut and deliver the best result based on weather conditions and your lawn – if the weather conditions are to adverse, we instantly notify you and process a no quibble refund.

How do I provide feedback or report any issues?

No problem, in the unlikely event a issue occurs, please email info@tapforamow.co.uk and member of the team will be in touch.

Are your workers insured and trained?

Most definitely – all workers undergo training through the company then supported to achieve the city and guilds qualification in pedestrian lawn mower handling and follow regimented company framework based on your lawns size and condition.

Do you offer one-time or recurring services?

Entirely up to you, you can use us as and when you need or if you prefer a more regular maintenance, we can arrange fixed dates using direct debit.
