Refund Policy

Tap For a Mow will handle any requests for refunds from our customers on an individual basis. The decision process will also be determined by which payment method you have used. Requests for refunds should be made in writing to your local branch (see our website for the correspondence address). We will endeavour to settle all qualifying claims for refunds within 30 days of receipt of a written request. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
